The brief
A premium portable audio device that records and processes speech using the client's proprietary algorithms. The project required a compact, comfortable enclosure and an interface suited to everyday use.
The challenge
Fit a powerful DSP and a high-capacity battery into a small device. Create a premium appearance and touch controls while keeping low-volume manufacturing economically practical.

A quiet, glass interface
The full-glass front conceals LED-backlit touch controls. An ambient-light sensor adjusts the OLED display brightness for changing conditions.
Precision without tooling
A minimal enclosure designed for CNC machining supports small production runs. The construction provides IP67 protection against moisture and dust.

The outcome
From design to a working device.
The team delivered two fully assembled engineering samples and six additional circuit board sets. A CNC-machined enclosure made it possible to manufacture the device in small quantities without investing in an injection mold.
